Can Mermaid Fabrics install my curtains while I’m away ? Providing access to the property has been agreed and settled, and there is no outstanding balance to be paid then it is not a problem for Mermaid Fabrics of North Cyprus to install curtains and/or furniture while you are away.
Can I pay for my order on Mermaid Fabrics website ?
Unfortunately we can’t take any kind of payment from through the web site yet.
But for UK residents/clients, we do have a UK bank account which we can accept payment in to.
Our property is not available to move in yet. Would it be possible to deliver and install when it is ? Mermaid Fabrics of North Cyprus can keep and store your choice of fabric/curtain/furniture until you are ready.
Can I bring my own measurements for my curtains ?
Mermaid Fabrics of North Cyprus can price your curtains according to window measurements you provide but for assurance we would come out to take our own measurement if we are installing.
How long will it take for my curtains to be ready ? This will depend on the workload our team has in the sewing room but we can install your curtains and/or blinds within a week providing a free fitting date is available.
Do I have to pay any money up front for my goods ? Yes. We require a deposit once agreed on your order and then the remaining balance will need to be settled before delivery and installation.
Can Mermaid Fabrics send someone to view my studio flat in Famagusta (Gazi-Magusa) to advise on interior design and furnishing ? Famagusta Bogaz is within our region where and anywhere further would require a small charge.
What happens if any of my goods are damaged in transport process or whilst installing ? Mermaid Fabrics of North Cyprus will replace/fix anything that has been damaged by our staff during transport or installation.
